Trust & transparency

Editorial policy

What we publish, who reviews it and how it is kept accurate.

This policy applies to every public page, product documentation article and changelog entry published by Matsivo.

Scope

Public website pages, the Trust Center, the product roadmap, the changelog and in-product documentation all follow this policy. Legal documents (privacy, terms, cookies) additionally follow a legal review.

Content review process

  • Every page has a named owner inside Matsivo who is accountable for its accuracy.
  • Content is drafted against the product as it actually exists, not against planned functionality.
  • A second reviewer checks claims, terminology and links before publication.
  • Translations are reviewed in each language; nothing is published as machine output alone.

Accuracy standards

  • We describe capabilities that are shipped and reachable in the product.
  • Planned work is labelled as planned on the public roadmap.
  • We do not publish certifications, audit outcomes or compliance claims we cannot evidence.
  • Mistakes are corrected in place, and material corrections are noted in the changelog.

Human validation

Every published page is read and approved by a person before it goes live. Product claims are validated against the running application; security statements are validated against the platform's actual controls.

AI assistance policy

  • AI may assist with drafting, summarising and translating content.
  • AI never publishes: a human owner reviews and approves every word that goes live.
  • Factual claims produced with AI assistance are verified against the product or an authoritative source.
  • Customer data is never used to generate public content.

Publication workflow

  • Draft in the Website Content manager, in the English source language.
  • Review by the page owner, then translation into French, Dutch and Spanish.
  • Approval and publication; every change is recorded in an audit trail.
  • Periodic re-reads at least once per major product release.

Revision policy

Minor corrections (typography, links, clarity) are applied immediately. Substantive changes to security, privacy or product claims are versioned and announced in the public changelog.
