Meet the founder

Matsivo is built by an operator, for operators.

Josué Andrés Londoño Castro

Founder & CEO

Josué Andrés Londoño Castro is the founder and CEO of Matsivo. He spent years running multi-site, multi-shift operations — planning teams, controlling attendance and labour cost, managing purchasing, stock and cash — before founding Matsivo in Brussels in 2026 to replace scattered spreadsheets with one auditable operations platform. He works on the product every day, with security, privacy and everyday usability treated as requirements rather than features.

The story behind Matsivo

After years spent on the floor of multi-site operations — planning teams, chasing stock, reconciling cash and correcting schedules at the last minute — one conclusion kept coming back: the work was rarely the problem. The tools were. Information lived in spreadsheets, printed schedules, private messages and memory.

Matsivo was created in Belgium to close that gap: one platform where planning, attendance, purchasing, inventory, cash and daily procedures share the same source of truth, in the language each person actually speaks.

Operational experience

  • Years of hands-on management of multi-site, multi-shift operations.
  • Daily practice of workforce planning, attendance control and labour cost management.
  • Field experience with purchasing, goods receiving, stock control and cash handling.
  • Direct work with multilingual teams across Belgium and Europe.
  • A conviction that operational excellence is a discipline, not a slogan.

Operational excellence philosophy

Excellence is not a dashboard. It is the ability to answer three questions at any moment: what was planned, what actually happened, and what we do about the difference.

Every Matsivo module is designed around that loop — plan, observe, validate, understand, act — so managers spend their time deciding rather than reconstructing the past.

Commitments

  • Security first: least-privilege access, audited actions and multi-factor protection for sensitive operations.
  • Privacy by design: personal data is minimised, scoped to the organization and never sold.
  • Usability on the floor: every screen must work on a shared tablet, in a hurry, in four languages.
  • Honesty about maturity: the public roadmap and changelog state what is shipped and what is not.
