Terms of Service

By accessing the Matsivo website or platform, you agree to these terms. If you use Matsivo on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

• Accounts are personal; credentials must not be shared.
• Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for the roles they grant to their users.
• Matsivo may suspend an account when required to protect the platform or its users.

Access is provided under a subscription defined in the applicable order form, including scope, term, renewal and fees. During the private beta phase, access is granted on invitation and may be limited or withdrawn.

Matsivo aims to provide a highly available service and performs maintenance in a controlled way. Unless a specific service level is agreed in writing, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

Matsivo maintains technical and organizational measures described in the Trust Center. Customers must not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe the platform without authorisation, or use it to store unlawful content.

Matsivo retains all rights to the platform, its software, design and documentation. Customers retain all rights to the data they enter. No licence is granted beyond the right to use the service during the subscription term.

Either party may terminate according to the applicable agreement. On termination, access is disabled and customer data is deleted or returned within the agreed period.

To the extent permitted by law, Matsivo is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit or loss of data beyond the limits set in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
