Matsivo runs on managed cloud infrastructure, which allows the environment to be rebuilt from version-controlled code and restored from platform backups.
Backups
- The production database is backed up by the managed database platform.
- Application code and database schema are fully version-controlled and reproducible.
Recovery
- The application layer is stateless and can be redeployed without data loss.
- Recovery consists of redeploying the application and restoring the most recent platform backup.
- Production workspaces are protected against destructive maintenance operations by server-side guards.
Incidents and maintenance
- Security issues can be reported at any time to security@matsivo.com.
- Customer-impacting maintenance is communicated to organisation administrators in advance where possible.
- A public status page is planned; it is not available yet.
